In order to make the site full width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6
In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code.
If you are using a background color / image this will cause the boxed layout.

Strech options have 1200, 1400, 1600.
What if I want to keep in 1300?

You can add the 1400 and put 50 margin left right using css coding. Unfortunately we do not have exactly that option for 1300 width.
