Will data(include viewr number ,comment,article……) be lost if I change theme or demo?

Hello,
This depends if you edited the dummy/demo data or not.
If you installed a demo with data and then edited that dummy content creating your own content over it, that content will be removed. That is why we never recommend editing the demo content data.
If you did not edit the dummy data, then you can simply switch demos and no content will be removed.
