Weird URLs are generating

Hi,

After publishing some of my content and inserting images into that content, some weird urls are generating with the image name under that post url and also indexed by google.

how to prevent this type of page to generate.

Example pages:

http://www.topfivebuzz.com/5-evergreen-songs-by-gulzar-you-must-listen/gulzar/
http://www.topfivebuzz.com/international-womens-day-5-iconic-ladies-whos-names-deserve-mention/l/

Those are the images attachment pages: https://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Type#Attachment – https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Image_and_File_Attachments

You can try to disable the image attachment page like this: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-disable-image-attachment-pages-in-wordpress/ or use a plugin like WordPress SEO by Yoast and set those pages not to be indexed by search engines: http://screencast.com/t/JEbmu6MAzo
