Woo Commerce error: There was an error getting your inbox. How do you fix?

Hi
Am in the middle of installing Woo Commerce plug in for Newspaper Theme, but am getting error message; There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.
No amount of trying again works.
I Googled the error and users of iThemes foud that gong into the iThemes security settings, and unchecking ‘Filter long URLs’ worked in removing the error.
Any ideas of how that works with Newspaper?

There was a plugin conflict between Woocommerce and the iThemes security plugins.
So, if you solved the issue, that’s okay. I’m glad!

Unfortunately not solved – still Critical Error/White Screen problem. Do I uninstall Woocommerce and start again?
The problem is I cannot get into the Newspaper dashboard to be able to do this.
