I was able to edit Woo pages /elements for the most part. How to I match the fonts on these pages to Cabin, the same as website?

Unfortunately, there is no option for this and if you try to hide it using a css, this will also hide the video icon.

Sorry one more Q: With the post subscription function, is there a way to remove all the billing fields at checkout as I am only offering free options.
Also is there a way to manually approve each subscribers after they subscribe so they dont get access until I approve?

Unfortunately, if you are referring to the opt-in builder and the users must sing-in, then they must to complete the files (those can not be removed, there is no option for this, sorry!
But I think that you can use a different method, you can create a page for register and set with tagDiv Composer the pricing table https://i.imgur.com/StQBfjz.png and set on the button the link to the register page -> https://i.imgur.com/jTDkrn9.png then n WordPress set to approve the users to be manually accepted.
