just wondering if its ok to update to wordpress 3.7 ?

Hi,
I updated one of our two sites using this theme to 3.7 today and works 100%.

Still waiting on the bug fixes:
1) title links on posts/ indexes should *not* be linked (they are now; bug)
2) featured image top of post 700×409 not linked (should not, makes Google news skip image)
3) WP saying “1 update available” even though all plugs/theme up to date (gremlin!)

Otherwise works perfectly.

We’re using child theme for functions and css over-rides on dedicated server for our sites.

the theme is well tested with wordpress 3.7

in fact …. 3.7.1 just came out …..and so far the world hasn’t exploded …

CONFIRMING: Newspaper theme works just fine on our install of WP 3.7.1 out today.
