WordPress 4.7 Compatible with Newspaper?

I’m currently running Newspaper version: 7.5 on WordPress 4.6

Any issues with upgrading to WordPress 4.7? Advice please.

Hello John,

The latest version of WordPress was fully tested with the theme and it is compatible with it. You can use this version, without any problems.

Hi:

somehow when I updated to 4.7 using newspaper 7.5 I got HTTP ERROR 500. What could be my problem?

OK, I found my problem, it is nothing to do with the theme but
1) the real problem is the APC Object Cache plugin
2) it is better do a manual update rather than auto
