wordpress connection lost. saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected

Hi Guys,

I got my site – http://www.pcguide.lk and the theme is doing an excellent job giving it a pro look & feel. but the thing is when ever i write a post & upload images (for cover or as media) this error occurs and prevents me from doing anything for a few minutes. “wordpress connection lost. saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected”
My server config is a moderate one. 1GB RAM but i have increased the memory limit to 64 via php ini.
also my other site which does not have this theme but runs in an identical hosting package does not have this issue. any solutions?

Make sure that you have respected all the theme’s requirements from this guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Also, provide the CPanel access for more further investigations.
