WordPress Navigation bar shows up on Tablet browsers – How do I remove it?

Hello, only when viewing my website on tablets does this ugly WordPress bar appear across the top of the page. For the life of me I cannot find in the theme where to remove this specific WordPress Navigation bar that only has wordpress related links. Please help.
