Suddenly wordpress plugin can’t not update see this: http://prntscr.com/8ze8kj
Not only stop update can’t add new plugin. How to solve this? Please help.

Always best to update via FTP.
From error it looks like Fopen not working on your hosting provider.

Hello,
Unfortunately we cannot offer support for other plugins except the ones that are bundled with our theme. You will have to contact the plugin developer. As for other plugins not being able to install, It might be a server-side issue as Chris suggested. Please contact your hosting provider.
