Dear,
since 2 weeks, WordPress transactional emails (emails sent to users when an account is created, password reset, …) is not working.
I work with the hosting support, we investigate by disabling all plugins, cheching firewall, all these did not help to solve the problem.
Finaly we disable your theme, and use the default them and now the notification message can been sent to the user.
Can you help me to solve the problem as it’s linked with your theme.

Our theme does not have an integrated service to send emails to the users, you need to use a service like SMTP Server

Most of similar problems were because there was no smtp and using this guide, if this is enable on your website and the problem persists, what please make a test using only the theme and tagDiv Plugins. If the problem is still persisting, please contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access, we’ll investigate to see if there are some elements from our theme interfering. Also please make a full backup for your website and database.
