When will it be possible to have update, as I have already encountered technical problems with the thema 3.1 with this new version of wordpress.

WP 4.6 works perfectly with Newsmag 3.1 on my sites.
Make sure you update the plugins included with the theme when you update it, as that is common issue.

We tested the theme with WordPress v4.6 and works fine, also we didn’t encountered any issues with Visual Composer. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again.

The theme does not influence site’s traffic, it only controls the layout, by this I mean how or when posts will be displayed, what layout will posts, pages have.

I am not sure what exactly could cause that issue. You can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, then test the site again. Is possible that the tracking code from google to not track every visit and the stats to not be relevant.
