Hi vysakt, thank you for contacting us, unfortunately, I do not understand exact the problem. You can not install the theme? If yes please make sure that you checked our guide from how to get the theme and install the actual theme and not the package -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-wordpress/
