Works when logged in but not when logged out.

Hi

I am attempting to change my theme to Newsmag. Everything looking good when I’m logged into the admin panel

but as soon as I log out it doesn’t render any styles at all. All browsers (desktop/mobile) look like this

What are the possible explanations for this?

Issue resoved. It was an incompatibility between the Themify Builder plugin and the theme.
