So far, I have had the absolute worst experience with using this theme. It feels like i am always putting out one fire or the other on my website. I updated my website yesterday and all of a sudden, the name of the theme is showing up when i access the site on my mobile. As if that is not enough, I try to solve that problem only to find out that all the changes i make to the mobile headers, seem to work on my laptop, but do not work on my phone even after clearing cache severally.
The template is so not user friendly, we barely have time to focus on content creation when we are constantly worrying about something that has just randomly changed all by itself on the website.
Hi blessingiyama, I’m sorry for the problems that you are facing and for bad experience.
When did you update your website can you please let me know the steps that you did? This can help us to understand the problem and see if it is a technical one or was all about some plugins that were not activated.
