I’ve installed the WP Author Avatar plug-in which you have been recommending here and the pictures are not showing up.
Any quick fix?

hi,
if this plugin doesn’t work for you , please try to use gravatar.com
create an account there with an email that you use for posting and upload a picture.
wordpress will get the picture automaticly from there.
