Please update your theme to the latest version and then disable the multi-purpose plugin and delete it. Then install it again from the theme plugins section.

I’m having the same issue. But the solution you posted is not working. I’m using child theme could that be the problem?

Hello,
Please switch to the main theme for testing purposes and see if the issue is still present. If it’s gone, you will have to re-create the child theme and make sure you do not rename the theme and child theme. The names must remain intact.
