This was an upgrade. all steps were followed to upgrade from 4 to 6 per video and tutorial.

Please go to your theme panel > categories then select the drop-down for the category you’ve mentioned: http://ontargetmagazine.com/category/training-tech/ then make sure you select and set an article display view for posts then empty all caches and test again: http://screencast.com/t/AitNKPZFa
