I have a problem in google search console which shows the following page wp-content/themes/newspaper returns a soft 404. Should this page even be indexed by google?
When I click the link that shows in my google search console (…wp-content/themes/newspaper) I get this error page:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_header() in …/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/index.php:6 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in …/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/index.php on line 6
How can I fix this error?

This would be a related topic, from what I can find there would be no reason for Google to crawl the themes folder so that should be disallowed
