WP-Cron jobs not working after NewsMag 4

Hi.

I’ve updated my Newsmag theme to 4.0, but since the update the cronjobs has stopped working. I’ve looked through every logfile and analyzed every module being used.

I know it sounds weird, and I’m not 100% sure that it’s NewsMag 4. But here goes. Has anything changed in functions.php + the child functions.php, that could trigger that behaviour.

I haven’t changed anything else on the site, and I just need someone else than me to either verify or clarify 🙂

In Newsmag 3.x this line
add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘theme_enqueue_styles’, 1000);
In Newsmag 4.x it’s
add_action( ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’, ‘theme_enqueue_styles’, 1001);

I really don’t know what I’m looking for.

But has other using NewsMag with childtheme had problems with wp-cron not getting scheduled post and scheduled database backups run???

WP-Cron.php is like core WordPress.

I just wanted to hear if you have tested scheduled publishing with the new version of the theme ?

I think we talk about two different things.

All I’m asking about. Have you tested schedule of a post on NewsMag 4. It’s a std. feature.
