I cannot edit the content when I click EDIT CONTENT – the WP Editor, keeps loading, but never opens.

Check your system status parameters and verify if your parameters are increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the result after this.

Yup, on system status it shows 30 only! Trying to increase it to 60. Thanks!
Hey, I tried all the settings, all the System Status measurements are green now for us – but it still doesn’t work for us. The WP Editor still keeps preloading.

Found the problem why the WP Editor doesn’t open – it doesn’t work with the SHORTCODER plugin that we use on all our sites: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcoder/
Is there anything you can do about it?

Unfortunately, this type of plugin has not been tested with the theme and we have no idea about the theme behavior with this plugin, sorry! You should disable it, clear all the caches and check the results. If you want to bring best theme results, you should use only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files to avoid the conflicting plugins. Notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
