I am experimenting again with cloud templates but struck a disaster in minutes. I downloaded Blank Template, inserted Single Post Content element. For a moment it looked ok in WP Editor.
Now I just see a line of letters down the centre of the WP Editor, using Visual editor. When in Code editor, looks normal. When previewed title and post content look normal. Reason?
No such problem with standard post templates – only with cloud template.
Thanks

Hello!
Please provide more information about your issue, screenshots or videos and your website link in order to help you efficiently.
A solution for sending a screenshot is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
This seems to be occurring when I change the name of a cloud template using Edit in Cloud Templates – the blocks in WP Editor turn into a long vertical line of letters, like this:
Hello!
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Not a plugin problem, I think, but that you cannot change the title of a Cloud Template in Cloud Template/Edit, only in Cloud Template/Edit with TagDiv Composer.
Correct?
Thanks
MG
The WP Editor screenshot I supplied is of a post that is set to a cloud template. If I set the same post to standard template, the text is is normal paragraphs in WP Editor, not a line of vertical letters.
However, I experimented, as I say above, with changing the template title from tagdiv edit page and the problem has gone away. It simply seems you cannot change the template name from the edit page, or it corrupts template and causes this problem in WP Edit, right?
