Hello,
I have been using autoptimize to move the scripts to footer and it solved all the issues except one.
wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js
How do i solve this one?

Moving those may break your website from what I can find online, you could give it a try however. Here are some similar topics

I have the same settings on another theme where
is scored 100, not sure why this file is not being moved to footer on newspaper theme.
Thats the only file to my 100 score.
