WP Memory setting

Hi, I just noticed the WP Memory setting for my website is not set to the recommended.

I checked the following links

Unfortunately, it isn’t really helpful for me as I have no experience dealing with root directory and I am very unsure of how to update the wp_config.php file. I am worried that I might mess up my whole site.

Would you be able to provide a clearer picture of how I can update the WP Memory limit parameter? Am I required to go into CPanel? Any possible way to do it in the WordPress ecosystem itself?

For WP_MEMORY_LIMIT you need to change the files via FTP
Or you can use some plugins to do this, with WP Config File Editor
