Love the Newspaper Theme, it’s very very nice.
I’m using WP Rest API, adnd trying to set the Newpaper STYLE in the API call.. Which I think goes in the “template” field… Not sure, so my question is threefold:
1) Can I set the post style using REST API?
2) How, What are the fields/values to use ?
3) Have you considered adding REST API support to control at least some of the fields you have?

I am sorry but I do not have an answer to these questions. I believe no such testing has been conducted with the theme. You could try it by yourself and make tests.

I have asked the developer team, there have been no tests made using REST API. At a given point testing could begin, but I could not give you an exact timeline. I believe there are other priorities at the moment. Sorry if this is an inconvenience for you.
