WP Rocket causing bug with Newspaper theme

Hello, so I’ve installed WP Rocket with the Newspaper theme.

I’ve noticed that if I activate “Delay Javascript Execution” many bugs appear. The main is that I have to tap twice on the hamburger mobile menu icon, or even any link on the page.

To avoid this, I have to scroll the page, or some activity which then allows a mobile user to tap the icon just upon one tap.

I’ve this in the JS Exclusion box of Wp Rocket but it’s not working.

Is there any other JS script I can add above so that WP Rocket doesn’t force my users to tap twice to click on a link? Also it’s more prevalent on Iphones and mobile browser like Safari, Chrome apps. Please advise. Thanks!
