WP Super Cache or Hummingbird Pro

Hi all, just looking for advice on which is the best cache plugin to use?

We’re using WPMU Hummingbird Pro but our hosting provider, and TagDiv, suggest using WP Super Cache.

Does anyone have any feedback on which works best with Newspaper?

We have about 4000-5000 visits per day across two sites on a dedicated platform and want to beef up our caching solution to improve server load and page speed.

Thanks
Matt

Hi,

The WP Super Cache is one of the plugins that was tested with our theme and was fully suported by our theme; this is our list with tested plugins with our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cmPkh9jba4sZ
How to use WP Super Cache -> https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you!

Hi Calin,

We currently use WPMU Hummingbird for Browser Caching and GZIP Compression but it also now has a page caching solution which we’re keen to use in order to bypass any potential plugin conflicts between WPMU Hummingbird and WP Super Cache.

Are you aware with any possible issues with using WPMU HB instead of WP Super Cache?

Thanks
Matt

Hi,

Unfortunately, the Hummingbird Pro plugin has not been tested with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Thank you!
