WP Super Cache vs Lightspeed cache?

My host provides Lightspeed cache but in my system status, you recommend WP Super Cache. Does it matter which one I use?

Hi,

We recommend using WP Super Cache because it has been tested with the theme, although I have observed users utilizing Lightspeed cache. Although this plugin occasionally causes issues.
