Also, please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin activate.
If the problem occurs, check for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I officially hate this theme, I hate tagdiv and the entire dev team can suck it.
