wp_footer() code

hello, where i can find what is defined in fuction wp_footer(); ? i have a strange issue. This function calls a strange script and i wanna see the actual code? where it is located?

Please notice that function does not come from our theme but only come from WordPress. Notice that we only call it in our footer.php core file, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2Pbm44A77iN
