Unfortunately, the WPBackey sohuld not be activated because this plugin comes bundled with our theme packet. Please check the following topic from here -> https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins to see the difference between a bundled and a standalone plugin.
