Hello, I submitted the following with WPBakery: I have 1/4 and 3/4 columns, but not matter what setup of columns, even using the predefined templates, each column seems to be on it’s own row.
Their reply is:
1) The issue is because theme author has modified our default column classes using: https://wpbakery.atlassian.net/wiki/display/VC/Change+CSS+Class+Names+in+Output
You can get in touch with him and get rid of the above code to get it back, so that the column layouts at your end can render fine.
Hence, I’m here to ask you to fix this.

Make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer and provide a more accurate response. You can provide some useful screenshots with the problem for a quick identification.

I have inspected your source page and I saw that you have some errors through your log and also, I saw that you are using a lot of unknown plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of problems -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WtzdWGOA Try to remove all of them, use only the required plugins, purge all CDN files clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.
