I have updated the wordpress, and after updation wpbakery visual composer not working. I have installed classic editor and disable gutenburg, but still wpbakery is not showing element on wordpress pages.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, please provide some more details and screenshots with the problem you have.

I have Checked, there is no conflict among plugins except wordpress built-in gutenberg editor. I found a solution to disable the built-in editor by installing Classic Editor plugin. Before that page content looks like this

Now It is showing visual editor but not showing the block elements.

This is is not working anymore because you make update to WordPress to the last version, you need to downgrade the WordPress version.
Also you can make update to the theme, but notice that will be a big differance from Newspaper v6.6.5 to Newspaper v9.7.3, I suggest you to make a full backup to your website and try the update on localhost or on subdomain.

Thanks for the solutions.
I have implemented your provided solution. I disabled all the plugins, and activate them one by one, there is no conflict. I disable the built-in editor even I have downgraded the wordpress to version(4.9), but still in vain.
