Imposible to update the plugin according to the system you propose. Every time try I have to come back to the old version of the plugin and the web does not work at all

Hi,
The WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme not a standalone plugin, please check the envato documentation for those plugins
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins therefore using a different version then the one provided by us is possible to not work.
Also, please notice that if you choose to use WPBakery Page Builder you need to use standard templates and not cloud templates. With cloud templates can appear layout issues, therefore you need to use only one of those templates: WPBakery Page Builder or tagDiv Cloud Library.
