WPBakery Page Builder Error

Hello, why is it that I can not hide columns with the WPBakery Page Builder? That’s no problem at all in any other theme. Many Thanks

Hi,

That may happen if both the tagDiv composer and the WPBakery page builders are active. They both have options to hide elements per device, and there will be somewhat of a conflict.
If you plan to use WPBakery to build pages consider deactivating the tagDiv composer, this would be the solution. Let me know if you have more questions.

Hi,

Please check our documentation for how to using the tagDiv Composer Front-End Page Builder -> https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-page-builder-basics/

You need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer click on the element that you want to hide, go to css -> https://www.screencast.com/t/e1pMHsTyCJMB you can chose on which displays to show/hide the elements -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rvZmyLPtqRU
