I am now unable to edit pre-existing pages and page content.
In the image you can see that I have selected the text box to edit within the backend using the WPBakery Page Builder, and I am unable to make any edits/ see any of the content that is already there and is meant to be there.
I have updated the theme, reinstalled the js_composer.zip plugin files etc. This issue works for all and any of the pieces within the WPBakery Page Builder and our theme/ website.
In light of these issues, I’ve also tried to recreate/ rebuild some of the pages with TD Composer to help mitigate these issues with regards to some edits that need to be made but the TD Composer appears to be having all kinds of issues as well when it comes to functionality.
All of our pages were originally created WITHOUT TD Composer and I understand that you can only use on or the other, and we elected to stick with the WPBakery Page Builder as many of our staff members had been trained on this and how to use it.
Please help.

I am using the Visual composer version provided in the latest theme package (which I believe is the latest version of the plugin) and latest theme version.
I would suggest to check the theme system status parameters

Insufficient resources could cause the issue. Additionally you could try deactivating all plugins, leave only theme plugins active. See if this has any effect on the problem. Let us know the results.
