Hi,
I am unsure whether you will be able to answer question about third party plugin. WPBakery plugin comes with Newspaper theme which I loved. Theme and plugin works fine but after using WPBakery for sometimes, when working with ‘Text Block Settings’, an empty and unused space with ‘S I D E B A R’ (shown vertically) always on the right. I never bother it before but now wonder if it is possible to disable so that I can maximize the space to edit text.
I have been looking on the net but couldn’t find anything related to this topic. I understand that support will not provided by WPBakery as the plugin comes together with the theme.

Hi Catalin,
Sorry for late response, was away.
Our website is https://hostingdomainguide.com/ (it is still under construction).
We just realized that the “S I D E B A R” thing appear in:
1. Classic Editor (Image 1)
2. WPBakery: When using Text Block Settings (Image 2)
It is not really problem for us but would be nice if we can utilize those area, especially when using WPBakery.
Thanks.
Hi,
That is added by the theme, so you get to see exactly how the post will look while writing it.
Post content width with a sidebar – http://prntscr.com/lwdlrp
Without sidebar – http://prntscr.com/lwdm1t
There will be no actual unused space because of this delimitation.
It could be removed by making a modification

Thanks
Hi Simion,
Thank you for the information. We have purchased few premium themes with WPBakery included, all with this ‘SIDEBAR’ including Newspaper.
After reading the discussion from links in your response, we disabled these codes which eventually works as how we wanted.

Now, we are happy. Case closed and thank you for the assistance.
