hi, i have installed visual composer in my website but when i try to add a block tre are only 3 kinds of elements: row, text and single image… could you please help?
Hi,
The blocks came’s from the tagDiv Composer.
Please check this article Updating the Core of the tagDiv Themes for Envato WordPress Requirements, also we recommend to us the tagDiv Composer instead of WPBAKERY.
Thank you!
I updated everything but still not working at all!
I need to use visual composer to build a shop pag es tagdiv composer does not let me add any woocommerce widget!
How can I attach you a screenshoot of how poor is my visual composer interface? thanks
Hi,
So the tagDiv composer is active. There is something else you can check. In the WPBakery settings->role manager – http://prntscr.com/od1tva check if the setting is set to all
– http://prntscr.com/od1uf5 for administrator. Or set the setting to custom and select all then hit save – http://prntscr.com/od1uye – http://prntscr.com/od1v6a
If the problem remains, we could take a closer look at it. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Great! now it works!!
And what if i need to add a woocommerce block in tagdiv composer homepage??
Glad it worked. In the tagDiv composer you can use the woocommerce shortcodes inside column text elements – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
We haven’t added up to this point actual elements specifically for woocommerce, but shortcodes will work fine.
There are similar topics in the forum you could check out, for example
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-display-products/
Also please let me know if you have more questions.
Shortcodes are not working for me … i see the shortcode in the frontend page
I tried it as well, for example – http://prntscr.com/odgwxc – http://prntscr.com/odgx7v\
Be sure to save the page and view it – http://prntscr.com/odgxgd
Or save and refresh to see it in the composer – http://prntscr.com/odgxs1
Should work the same for you. If there is a problem and you want us to take a closer look, send us admin login at contact@tagdiv.com and we will investigate. Let us know.
I don’t have a ‘column text’ element…. ;(
