From what I read on the Forum the problem of permissions in the wpeditor.php file on managed Godaddy Hosting can only be solved by changing Hosting and abandoning the managed system. I find it absurd that no solution has been found to this problem.
Please can someone help me? I tried every possible way, following every tutorial but nothing.

This is a permission issue you have to access the cPanel on the GoDaddy website to resolve it.
It is better to contact GoDaddy because sometimes permissions may have been removed from the file. They will have to log in as the root user to be able to set the correct permissions again.
