So I have opened a ticket in WPML forum regarding to the string translation issue. WPML team informed me that, 1 year ago, you guys confirmed the fix the issue.
The issue is, when we change the theme language from the top, go to theme settings, do something or don’t, click save and theme’s td_011 string translation resets. I have to manually change everything from scratch.

Please make/create a staging site and duplicate everything from your live website ( make a copy of it) after that please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

I don’t think our hosting plan’s cpu will allow you to work on staging copy. I can wetransfer WP content folder if you can make use of it?

Only transferring the wp content it is not enough, we need access to database and to see the situation from your host.
Another way it will be to make a full backup to your website and database and provide us admin login, as well as cPanel access to inspect the problem.

Yes, I did make a full back up today.
So, I’m going to send you the all credidentals via mail including the link with this topic.
This issue is really critical becuase we can’t move to pro templates and translate them..
