Can I write a text in the buttom of the mobile menu ? (one line)
the same for the search menu on the mobile.
If yes please tell me.

So if I understand correctly you want to add an extra text for example here -> https://i.imgur.com/ZJSgf9n.png unfortunately for this is no option in our theme, but maybe it can be achieve using a custom css.
