Hi there,
What I mean about the review basically is that: I want to use my site for reviewing purpose so viewer can leave a review basing on our rating form on each special post or post. For example: I will creat a specific page of hotel and people can leave some review for each specific hotel.
Secondly, I can’t add the tab code into the post so please advice me how to fix this issue.

The theme doesn’t have such an option, if you use Contact Form 7 plugin you could try this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-star-rating/
Or look for a similar one.
