Wrong image size on post after update (640×360)

Hi, im having some trouble after the last update. Before update all my images on post were 700px wide, exactly the size of the “post box”. As you can see on the link, now all images has gone to 640x360px (video inserted as you can see is still 700px). I need the images cover all the wide of the post box (700px) as before so it looks better in the same wide of the video and text. How can i back to my previws 700px?

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and also make sure that you added the full width image in post content: http://screencast.com/t/QMWodnXnmcCf
