wrong social folower numbers

Hi,

Please make sure you download and update your theme to the latest version (4.6.1) then remove the social counter plugins and install from the /plugins folder that was provided together with the theme files when you’ve downloaded it from themeforest: http://themeforest.net/downloads
The social counter plugin included into the latest theme version is 2.7 so make sure you have it and try again.
I have also tested you ID’s for fb/twitter/youtube and worked fine:

If still doesn’t works please make sure you this right following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-manage-the-social-counter/ and also try this without any plugins active and empty cache.

Hi,

You do not have to worry about that as updating the theme will not remove the settings you’ve chosen only
if you have customization/changes directly into to the theme’s files, these files will be overwritten. If you do have modification to the code you should make a copy of the files changed by you, updated the theme and make those changes again if the files where changed.
