when I am writing a post which content or title has some symbols they are shown differently in the site.
(an apostrophe) ‘ —-is shown in the front-end as—> ” (two apostrophes)
and
this symbol ” —-is shown in the frontend as—> « or »
How is that possible? And how can I correct it?

Please follow this steps and enable “Greek Support” and “Greek Extended Support” from Theme Panel -> Custom Fonts -> Font Settings -> Google Fonts Settings like this: http://screencast.com/t/R2vCBbapFWb

Unfortunately, now I noticed that in fact the problem is not fixed… 🙁
I checked it and the same issue was also appeared in the English language.
I also disactivated all the plugins but nothing happened!
I found that other people had the same problem in the past with wordpress and double apostrophe and it has to do with ” magic_quotes_gpc “. I turned them off through my plesk panel but still nothing happened.
Any idea?
