I never had problems with links posting on Facebook, but since a few days there is always the same picture (even though I already deleted it in WordPress) wit every new link I want to post an I don’t know what to do. Can you please help

Can you please provide a link to your website and some screenshot to check this problem.
If the image was already deleted, then the only way that it can still be display is if is coming from a cache, cdn.

I wanted to send a screenshot but I don’t know how. The problem is not on the website but every time we copy the link to the latest post to post this on Facebook there is always a wrong ( already deleted) title image if you know what I mean.

then copy the link to post it on FB you can see the problem of the wrong image.

I made a few test using the share button and for me it seems to set the right featured image -> https://i.imgur.com/vNIHfoU.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/s5GCASQ.jpg
Is this problem only for the latest posts? If yes, maybe this is only until the post gets indexed and the og image is recognized by socials.
