Hello,
The topic Newspaper has its own xml reader? I need to put third-party articles on my site and it would be done through xml.

The xml support comes from wordpress not the theme. You can read more about it here: https://codex.wordpress.org/XML-RPC_Support and you can read this guide to import content: http://codex.wordpress.org/Importing_Content

You can use numerous RSS/XML import apps, like “FeedWordPress” to import content from external RSS (with permission of course).
