Yoast can't read the template text

Hello!
I installed the Yoast SEO plugin, but it seems it can’t read the words of the post I assigned a single template to. Yoast says that “the text contains 0 words. This is far below the recommended minimum of 300 words. Add more content.”
Here is a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/p519vk
My post clearly has text. Plenty of it. Here is the post as well. https://www.unfoldtoday.com/en/2019/09/04/amazons-green-reapers/

I think that Yoast can’t read text from the template. Can you tell me how to solve this?

Hello,

Please provide some more details about this case and some larger screenshots where I can identity the count on posts, in this way I will be able o provide you an answer.

Thank you!

Here it is. Also I noticed that on the right of my screenshot says that it was published on 4 September while the post was published on 10th September.

P.S. What do you mean with “the count on posts”?

Hello,

I just checked on my install and for me the Yoast SEO is counting the words if I have set a cloud template https://www.screencast.com/t/Se6avBm9

Did you use some builder that can encode the text inside the post?
