They have a forum for help on the WordPress.org plugin repository.
TagDiv doesn’t make, manage, or support the plugin settings or usage. So, reading the docs on how to use it helps, but also note that if Google has a page indexed, telling them to “not index” it is only a suggestion not “the law” … they may still index it since it’s on the web.
However, if you look at the support forum for the plugin some others seem to be having noindex issues, so good to look at the replies there for help.

Isnt theme problem, you has bad configurated yoast or something like that, i use yoast + newspaper and Newsmag and i cant replicate your problem.
Btwm, your sitemap its correct http://www.dropscafe.com.br/sitemap_index.xml , maybe its simply a few days or weeks you need to wait before google made the changes
