Yoast SEO – Home Page

Hope you can assist or guide me in the right direction.
I am using the Newspaper theme on my website tapsforveterans.org.
I have the home page set up but I am not able to check or revise any of the SEO data on the home page.
It actually states that SEO: NOT AVAILABLE in the publishing section of wordpress.
This may not be much info to go on, and can provide more info if needed.

Open the actual page to edit in wordpress for static page, and note the yoast seo options bottom of edit page… if not visible, use the visibility tab top right of your page
